Our accommodations

How many accommodations do you have and what is their capacity?

Entre Ailes & Îles offers 3 furnished tourist accommodations classified as 3 stars, on a fully enclosed and secure site in Saint-Nazaire-sur-Charente:

  • Studio Ré — ideal for 2 people

  • The Aix Apartment — for up to 4 people

  • Villa Oléron — sleeps up to 6 people

Each unit is independent, fully equipped and has a reserved parking space in our private car park.

Are you open all year round?

Yes! Our 3 accommodations are open all year round — summer and winter, weekend or long stay.

Whether you are coming for a summer holiday, a weekend in the off-season, a business trip or a spa treatment in Rochefort, we are available to welcome you.

Are the accommodations suitable for business trips?

Absolutely! Our accommodations are particularly suited to professionals traveling in the Rochefort region:

Our accommodations are located at 49 Rue du Grand Village, Saint-Nazaire-sur-Charente — 10 minutes from Rochefort, in the heart of the Charente-Maritime islands:

  • Île Madame — 5 km

  • Île d'Oléron — 26 km

  • Île d'Aix — 28 km (ferry from Fouras)

  • Île de Ré — 56 km

Also nearby: La Palmyre Zoo, Fort Boyard, Corderie Royale, the Hermione, Flow Vélo and Vélodyssée cycle paths, beaches and seafood restaurants.

How to reach your accommodation from Paris or other major cities?

  • By train — to Rochefort or La Rochelle in about 3 hours from Paris, then 10 minutes by car

  • By car — approximately 4.5 hours from Paris via the A10

We will provide you with all the practical access information after your booking.

Is there parking on site?

Yes! Each accommodation has a reserved space in our free private car park, behind our residence.

Are your accommodations suitable for spa guests at the Rochefort thermal baths?

Absolutely! We are only 12 km from the Rochefort Thermal Baths — about 15 minutes by car.

We can also issue an invoice to facilitate your reimbursement process with your health insurance provider.

Do you offer weekly or monthly rates for the treatments?

Yes! We offer overnight stays, weekly stays, or stays for the entire duration of your treatment. For longer stays, please contact us directly by phone or via our contact form—we are happy to review each request and respond promptly.

Do you accept ANCV holiday vouchers?

Yes! We accept ANCV holiday vouchers — you can use them to pay for all or part of your stay. (2.5% commission)

We are also listed on the Les Curistes platform for services specifically related to spa stays.

Booking & Arrival

How does arrival work? Is there a reception area on site?

In most cases, we provide a personalized welcome, but in the event of unavailability, 100% self-service check-in and check-out are offered, thanks to a system designed for your comfort and peace of mind:

  • Secure key box — complete freedom over your arrival and departure times

  • Digital welcome booklet — accessible via QR code on site, it contains all the practical information for your stay

  • Integrated photo module — upon arrival and departure, you photograph the property room by room. The photos are automatically time-stamped and geolocated, allowing for a complete and transparent inventory in both directions. A professional system, reassuring for both you and us.

In any case, please let us know your arrival time in advance!

How does the security deposit check work?

We require a security deposit check upon arrival. The amount varies depending on the accommodation booked and will be communicated to you before your stay.

  • Upon arrival — you deposit your check in the designated area on site

  • Upon your departure — in the absence of any damage found, your check is destroyed according to the legal time limit of article 1724 of the Civil Code.

  • Proof of destruction — a photo is sent to you as evidence — total transparency guaranteed

Our commitment: Your deposit is there solely to protect both parties. If your stay goes well — and it very often does! — you won't hear from us again.

How are property condition reports handled?

We have implemented a modern, fully transparent, digital property condition report system:

  • Upon arrival, you scan the QR code to access the digital welcome booklet

  • You photograph the property room by room — each photo is automatically time-stamped and geolocated

  • These photos constitute your entry inventory.

  • Upon your departure, you repeat the same procedure for the exit inventory.

A complete, objective assessment with no unpleasant surprises — for you as well as for us. Transparency above all!

Can I arrive late in the evening or leave early in the morning?

Absolutely — it's one of our greatest strengths!

  • Self check-in via secure key box — no time constraints

  • Digital welcome booklet accessible via QR code upon arrival

  • Photo-stamped inventory of fixtures — self-check-in and check-out

Whether you arrive at 11pm after a long drive or leave at 6am to catch a train, our accommodations adapt to your schedule.

What size are the beds in your accommodations?

We have made the quality of bedding a priority in our 3 accommodations:

  • Studio Ré — 1 Queen Size bed 160×200

  • Appart Aix — 1 Queen Size bed 160×200 + 1 Queen Size sofa bed 160×200

  • Villa Oléron — 1 Queen Size bed 160×200 + 1 double bed 140×190 + 1 Queen Size sofa bed 160×200

All our mattresses are selected to guarantee quality sleep — whether for one night or a stay of several weeks.

Is bed linen provided?

Bed linen—sheets, pillowcases, and towels—is available as an optional extra in our three accommodations. You can add it when you book on our website.

🌿 Special offer for spa guests: Linen is provided free of charge for all bookings made as part of a spa treatment at the Rochefort Thermal Baths!

You are also free to bring your own linen if you prefer.

Are sofa beds comfortable for a long stay?

Absolutely! We've chosen Queen Size 160x200 sofa beds with extra-comfortable mattresses—exactly the same width as our regular beds. They're perfectly suited for extended stays, especially for spa guests or business travelers.

What type of coffee maker is available?

Our 3 accommodations are equipped with two types of coffee makers to satisfy all preferences:

  • Nespresso coffee machine — the first capsules are offered upon arrival!

  • French press coffee maker — for lovers of mild and natural coffee

To renew your Nespresso capsules, you can find them at the supermarket 3.5 km away in Soubise or 7.5 km away in Échillais.

Is end-of-stay cleaning included?

End-of-stay cleaning is available as a paid option in our 3 accommodations — for all travelers.

If you do not choose this option, we simply ask that you return the accommodation in the same condition, following the protocol detailed in the welcome booklet. Simple and without any unpleasant surprises!

Do you offer cleaning services during the stay?

Yes! We offer an optional intermediate cleaning service, ideal for long-term stays — especially for spa guests whose stay lasts 18 days or more.

Simply request it when booking or during your stay.

Practical

Are pets allowed?

Yes, our four-legged friends are welcome! (dogs under 10 kg only, cats not allowed)

Please simply let us know when you make your reservation so that we can prepare everything to welcome your companion in the best possible conditions.

Do you have any baby equipment?

Yes! We provide baby equipment free of charge upon request — travel cot, high chair. Simply mention it when you book and we'll have everything ready before your arrival.

Is Wi-Fi included and of good quality?

Yes, fiber optic Wi-Fi is included and free in all three of our accommodations. It's powerful enough for professional video conferencing, streaming, and everyday browsing without any interruptions.

What do I need to do before leaving the accommodation?

It's simple, depending on the option chosen:

  • Without the cleaning option — simply follow the protocol in the welcome booklet given to you upon arrival. It details the few expected tasks (washing dishes, taking out the trash, etc.) in a clear and simple way.

  • With the cleaning option — you hardly have to do anything, just follow the protocol, we'll take care of everything else!

In all cases, you will photograph the property using the digital handbook module to validate your move-out inspection. Our goal: to ensure your departure is as smooth as your arrival.
